In the Order of Precedence, First Sergeant is classified as OR-8 in the NATO System and as Level 11c in the Ewok rank classification system.
The next lower rank on NCO Path is Master Sergeant. The next higher rank is Sergeant Major on the NCO Path. In ViE#6, this rank was used for the Assistants of Squad Leaders in the US6AD.
